How I got here.

I started my career in public administration in Brazil. Over the course of more than a decade in municipal government, I grew from intern to Internal Controller. I worked across more than 15 departments and four administrations, connecting people, budgets and systems.

Along the way, I became a certified coach and facilitated more than 50 sessions focused on behaviour and leadership. I also built a retail business from the ground up. Later, I moved to Ireland and then Spain, gaining direct experience with customers in different cultural contexts.

Looking back, the common thread was always the same: understanding people, making sense of complexity and turning it into clear decisions. That is what led me to Product Management.

Today, I put this experience into practice as a Product Owner, backed by my PSPO I certification and Product Management studies at Tera. This site is where I document that journey.
